Kyle has been a dedicated professional in the property management industry since 2006, bringing extensive expertise through his work managing diverse portfolios in Vancouver, Toronto, and Central Ontario. With a strategic approach and strong decision-making skills, he has successfully overseen large-scale operations, implemented cost-saving initiatives, and enhanced overall property performance.
Kyle's deep commitment to the industry, combined with his broad regional experience, makes him a key contributor to any property management team. His proactive mindset and consistent track record of delivering results exemplify his ability to provide exceptional service to both condominium boards and owners.
Originally from Barrie, Kyle now resides in Oro-Medonte with his wife and two children. In his personal time, he enjoys supporting his children's activities, engaging in sports, camping, and traveling.
Senior Condominium Manager, OLCM-GL
Maryann has over 27 years of customer service experience with over 18 years’ experience in Short Term Accommodations and Condominium Management professions.
Maryann has completed all four mandatory courses through Mohawk College which has earned her an active Ontario General License in Condominium Management (OLCM).
Maryann has overseen projects that required corporations to meet with the modern world necessities to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) with completing AODA certification.
Maryann works with Directors to better understand the dynamics to a directors role on the Board. To assist Directors in a better understanding of the Directors Course, Maryann has also completed this course to guide new Directors through with ease.
Maryann’s portfolio has included management of shared facilities, multi- corporation residential communities, commercial corporations, low to mid-rise and townhome corporations.
Major attributes to the associations are financial guidance, transparency of operations, maintenance planning, committee start up and support, foundation exterior building restorations and waterproofing, future funding planning assistance, preventative maintenance planning and the ability to provide the customer service that each Corporation deserves.
During her career Maryann has also managed Short Term Accommodations (STA’s) providing a hands-on experience of the Business. Her expertise included overseeing the many departments within the business including security.
